Eating Well at Ivy

We are what we eat! As obesity and childhood diabetes are increasing around the world, it is becoming more and more important to become careful about what we put on our plates and our childrens' plates. In addition, low iron and vitamin D levels are common to many individuals in Pakistan and may affect overall concentration and energy levels. 

We understand picky eaters may have trouble aligning their choices with healthy meals and hence, for our preschoolers, we offer a Nutrition Program that aims to introduce hard-to-eat foods like vegetables and fruits as part of the curriculum. Our preschoolers also learn basic meal preparation where they put together an easy breakfast or lunch and build on fine motor as well as self-help skills.
