Our school is purposefully designed to maximize student learning. Learning happens all over the Ivy campus, from our well-equipped classrooms to our beautiful outdoor space to common discussion and reading areas.
Classrooms in the primary school are purposefully designed to be developmentally appropriate and compatible with the inquiry approach to learning. All classrooms include a large area for whole class meetings and instruction, where students will have morning meetings, listen to stories, and sing songs. We also have unique, modular furniture, which can be rapidly adjusted into individual as well as group configurations for teachers and students. The classrooms also include designated areas for reading, building, and real world play. They are equipped with innovative, cutting-edge resources to inspire and engage our students.
